- Valid quotation provided by we.
- Price and samples, drawings and production times are confirmed by you.
- We'll arrange a Purchase Order with you as confirmation.
- Arrange to pay the deposit on your order and send us the bank receipt.
- Once we receive payment, we will arrange samples according to your requirements. We will send you drawings and / or sample products for your approval.
- Once approved, we will start production and inform you of the estimated completion time.
- At approximately half-way through, we will contact you again to inform you the status of the order and reconfirm the estimated time again.
- When your order is complete, we'll inform you that we have finished production.
- We arrange to ship the goods and send a copy of the Bill of Lading document to you so that you can arrange to pay the balance of the order.
- After delivery, we'd appreciate some feedback about the quality of our service, including market research and suggestions to improve our process.
Shipping Instructions
Standard orders may be mailed via UPS, USPS or LTL. In-stock orders generally ship within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, transit time will vary based on the shipping carrier and shipping location.
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. If any item(s) are unavailable or back ordered, you will be notified of any delays.
Expedited shipping is available for all standard orders at an additional cost.
Standard shipping is currently not available for items shipped to South Carolina, Alaska and Hawaii.
