1. Bonding, scratching: defects on the surface of parts or molds due to friction between the material and the convex die or die die;
2, burr: mainly occurs in the shearing die and blanking die, the gap between the cutting edge is large or small will produce burrs;
3. Line offset: when the part is formed, the part that first contacts the mold is squeezed and a line is formed;
4. Convex and concave: foreign matter (iron filings, rubber skin, dust) mixed into the uncoiling line causes convex and concave;
5. Twists: tortuous and strained due to uneven stress, poor matching of stretched beads or poor control of press sliders;
6. Wrinkle: wrinkles at the edge or R part due to poor adjustment of the press slider, low press accuracy, inappropriate adjustment of air cushion pressure, large punch or R part, etc.
7. Other specific problems: in daily production, it will encounter the punching size is too large or too small (may exceed the specification requirements) and the size of the punch is quite different, in addition to considering the design size of the forming convex, the design size of the concave die, the processing accuracy and the blanking gap and other factors, should also be considered from the following aspects to solve.
