2. After adjusting the machine with high punching, close the soundproof box after normal stamping (except for product 8065 border inspection and packaging).
3. During continuous stamping, employees cannot take the product by hand within 1M of the punching machine.
4. When the technician is on the mold adjustment machine, only one person can debug, not two people to debug.
5. The technician can only transfer and feed the material, only outside the machine, the distance is not less than 1M.
6. Be sure to lock the screws when racking the mold, and stop for 4 hours to check whether the screws are loose.
7. When the mold has problems in the production process and does not need to be unloaded, when it is directly repaired on the machine tool, the power of the injection molding machine must be turned off first and the maintenance sign is hung on the power box before the mold can be repaired.
8. All tools are returned to the toolbox after use, and cannot be placed on the machine to avoid the tool sliding and injuring people.
9. When the machine is not in production, cut off the power supply in time.
10. When short workpieces, special tools should be used, and no direct feeding or picking of materials should be done by hand.
